Scope Of Work
3 phase project on 3 stores in the area.
Phase 1/ 3 nights per. store - Complete the de-install of old headset system and re-install new headset system overnight bringing the restaurant running each morning so as to not loose revenue.
Phase 2/ 2 nights per. store - Night 1 Complete the pre-wire for the new P.O.S. system. Night 2 De-install the old P.O.S. system and re-install the new P.O.S. system overnight bringing the restaurant up live each morning so as to not loose revenue.
Phase 3/ 2 nights per store - Complete the POPS menu conversion/ AP (Access Point) Install overnight so as to not interfere with speed of service during the day.
