Add 5 data points per the map (both the left and the right data outlet to be run for each jack), the data points will be pulled from the mid-station hub that is indicated on the store map that is faxed.
Add 3 phone extensions per the map.
Add 1 analog phone line for a fax machine. Status
Additional Scope Added - Site would like another 5 Data Runs installed. Small lift required. #30-19 Small Footprint Lift will be required. No longer than 60".
