Scope Of Work
The LAX Hilton Hotel renovation transformed the exterior façade and Porte Cochere area. The project included 10,000 sf of new alucobond panels, 7,000 sf of new pavers, 3,000 sf of new GFRC wall panels, and new lighting. The project also includes new storefront, re-finished steel trellis, new paint around the perimeter of the building, and new toilet accessories in the lobby restrooms. This fast-track project had very limited lay down space and was be completed in multiple phases to minimize impact to hotel operations.
