Scope Of Work
The interior improvements at the Hilton in Santa Monica consist of three levels of upgrades and improvements. Level 1 includes renovations and upgrades to the lobby, registration, market, tech center, prefunction room, board room, public restrooms, meeting rooms, employee locker rooms, atrium, restaurant, bar, buffet, pantry and outdoor patio. Levels 2 and 3 includes renovations and upgrades to the existing meeting rooms and the construction of new meeting rooms and unisex restrooms, upgrades to the fitness center, and a new guest laundry room.
