Scope Of Work
The project was a 15,000 SF tenant improvement including offices, wet labs, tissue culture rooms, common areas and amenities. The space includes several custom components including laser cutting room, x-ray room, freezer farm, backup generator, stainless steel exhaust, fume hoods and various other applicable features.
