Scope Of Work
Site improvements include but are not limited to the following: replacement of current ramps to adhere to ADA approved handicap ramp specification, installation of light standards with applicable pier base and electrical conduit, removal and replacement of existing asphalt crosswalk with clay paver walkway and concrete base, new curb and gutter replacement, drive approach removal and replacement.
