Scope Of Work
For this fast track project, our client gave us 5 days to complete the pricing and submit our proposal. Once awarded, we were required to complete the project prior to the start of school.
The challenges involved with this project were the age of the building (built in 1932), working within an occupied facility and available space for material deliveries, equipment, dumpsters, and staging while working in an upscale neighborhood with very involved and curious neighbors.
