Scope Of Work
Coastal Quality Construction was the General Trades Contractor for the 25,000 square foot build out to University of Akron’s Infocision Stadium. This project was extremely challenging due to the wide variety of materials and design elements. The CQC team was held to a five month schedule, in order to complete the renovations in time for the first football game of the season. The project incorporated floating ceilings, high end millwork, kitchen equipment, and terrazzo floors. CQC self-performed the entire carpentry package for the project. By utilizing our own crews, we were able to ensure that the University received a modern facility of the highest quality.
