Scope Of Work
CQC was the Design/Build Contractor for this exciting project. The franchise owner had a vision for a truly unique facility. We used the Orange Theory Fitness Corporate requirements and meshed them into a great training facilty. The project included 12′ ceilings, angled walls, and polished concrete walls. CQC went into this project with a 75 day schedule. Due to the time of the year, the owner needed to be open before New Years. We worked overtime and weekends to cut 22 days off of the schedule from underground to occupancy. We also completed the Orange Theory Fitness in Mentor, Ohio.
