Scope Of Work
Coastal Quality Construction was the chosen as the design/builder for the renovation and addition to the Bob Gillingham Ford facility. We teamed with K2M Design on this exciting project. The addition added 4,500 sq. ft. to their service department by adding a customer drive in area, new service reception, offices and customer waiting. The restrooms, offices, and showroom were all renovated to the Ford prototype specifications. Lastly, we renovated the exterior skin and added the Ford Tower and metal panels to complete the extraordinary renovation.
