Scope Of Work

The JD Bravo Company provided a wide range of advisory and   services to the United States Department of the Interior at Valley Forge National Park

Working closely with the Park Staff, the Bravo Team undertook to complete a diverse array of improvements during the Park's summer tourist season

The work required careful scheduling and phasing in order to make the improvement work as "invisible" as possible to the thousands of visitors who access the Park each week.

Most aspects of the work were completed utilizing "Performance-based Specifications" and included the following;

Replacement and repair of decorative brick facades and retaining walls

Demolition and replacement of major sidewalks and walk paths with stamped and colored concrete

 of new flower and shrubbery beds

 of new walk paths between Admin and Theatre Buildings

The work of the project was completed within budget and nearly three months ahead of schedule.
