Scope Of Work
The JD Bravo Company is providing Owner’s Representation services to Elm Terrace Gardens to oversee the construction of an 80,000 sf expansion to their existing facilities. The expansion includes the construction of a floor overbuild of an existing two-story occupied wing of apartments, dining room, meeting areas, and common areas.
Expansion floors include living quarters, meeting areas, dining rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Integration of new structural elements and tie-in with existing building structural elements require detailed coordination of construction durations with ongoing facility operations
Construction completion of this technically complex structure and the project is scheduled for late 2017
