Western Precooling Systems - New 100,000 sq ft Cooler building - Oxnard
WPC Oxnard. This new 100,000 sqft cooler in Oxnard California has a 14 bay recessed truck pit with 4 additional non recessed bays. This new cooler consists of 5 pressure coolers, two large storage areas, a 6500 office space with separate QA/QC and trucker facilities on the premises. ECC is the general contractor as well as performing the site demo, concrete, metal building erection, rough carpentry, and painting.
