Foothill Packing New Office and Maintenance Shop
A design build maintenance shop and office space. this 9+ acre parcel houses the transportation and administrative functions for Foothill Packing. This new 15,000 SF pre-engineered metal building consists of 4,331 SF of office space with copy and mail centers, common work area, conference room, office breakrooms and restrooms. There is a large parts staging area with two truck truck well and parts manager office, A 8,000 warehouse with five large roll up doors and two large canopies for additional maintenance area.
