Scope Of Work

Sony Square NYC is an 2,500-square-foot space interactive “brand experience showroom,” offering everything from the latest gadgets and cameras to video games, multimedia and artwork. The space is designed to build brand exposure and engagement through unique and extraordinary experiences that inspire, educate and delight.

Sony dedicated a section of the showroom to a gallery space highlighting Sony cameras and the work of the Sony Artisans of Imagery. Sony Square NYC producers called on Duggal’s Hillary Altman to provide prototyping and material consulting in a long-term, turnkey solution for hanging imagery on the gallery’s magnetic walls. Duggal designed a system of sleek, lightweight, magnetic mounts allowing for interchangeable imagery.

We also produce the mounted-to-magnet digital C prints used in the exhibitions, including the Sony Square NYC launch exhibition, the photography of Sony Artisan of Imagery Brian Smith, the exhibition for the Sony α6500 and Cyber-shot® RX cameras, and Sony Artisan Andy Katz’s “The Club of Nine” book showcase.
