Scope Of Work
We were the GC on this job. Room was open space when we started. Every phase was either done by Premier Finishes or a sub contractor working under us. All metal stud framing, electrical, A/V, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, spackle, Venecian plaster wall finish. Full raised panneling, and simulated box beams on ceiling, and custom mouling work. Full custom bar with fabricated cabinetry, stone tops, and storage. Porcelain 20" x 20" tile throughout on diagonal with 36" roung medalion in center under the chandeleer. Full mens and womens bathrooms with custom tile work on walls and floors, custom vanities made from the same granite for the tops, and site built partitions made to look like the paneling in main area. 7- 46" plazma TV's installed behind two way mirror glass within custom panels/mouldings to match. Full audio system with speakers throughout connected to the plazma's and USB connections; also to work with satelite cable TV.
