Scope Of Work

Tower Construction served as Construction Manager for the Big Beaver Center, located on W. Big Beaver Road between Crooks and Coolidge.  The stacked stone, limestone, artistic bike racks, steel portico and planter lined sidewalks along Big Beaver Road are just some of the details that make this structure so attractive.

Tower Construction was integrally involved in the Pre-construction phase of this project including intimate involvement with the Site Plan Approval process and bringing Public Utilities to the site. Our management of these processes got this 24,000 square foot building out of the ground in a timely and effective manner. Tower also provided accurate conceptual and design estimates that ensured the project was completed within budget.

Included in our scope of work were the white boxes for all tenants.  Tower Construction also do the builds outs for the Epic Nails and Piada Italian tenants.  The Flagstar Bank which is 3,397 square feet with four drive through lanes caps the west end the retail center and was also constructed and built out by Tower Construction

Steel for this project arrived on site the first day of February and the team, led by Tower Construction, delivered the Flagstar Bank and the first tenant space the second week of July. This was possible due to detailed advanced planning, precision ordering of materials, and the assembly of a talented, dedicated team.
