Scope Of Work
Robinson Construction Company was selected to perform as the general contractor for construction of a new state park in Eminence, Missouri. The initial $30 million contract was awarded in May 2015 with another $1 million in additional work awarded in May 2016. Robinson’s scope of work on the project included:
Construction of a 20-room lodge (accommodations for up to 78 guests) featuring a general store, restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, meeting room space, and indoor and outdoor special event opportunities
Nine (9) multi-bedroom cabins (accommodations for up to 108 guests) with full amenities
Campground consisting of 62 full service camping sites complete with electric and water service (43 sites also include sanitary service)
Group camping area with a group fire ring
A bluff top event shelter that can accommodate up to 200 people for special events
A day use area including a playground, splash pad play area, amphitheater that can accommodate up to 50 people with tiered seating and natural backdrop, 4 pavilions, and 2 restrooms
Installation of five (5) water wells and water distribution systems
Maintenance building
A great deal of landscaping and hardscaping
Purchase and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the many state park facilities
