Scope Of Work
Bening Ford of Perryville, one of the premier auto dealerships in the area, selected Robinson Construction Company to expand and modernize their existing facility. With only minor changes and some painting completed throughout the facility since it was built in 1973, the building was in desperate need of repair and a more modern appearance. Robinson’s scope of work on the project included:
Design & engineering
Demolition of an existing 2,100 square foot building
Construction of a 4,000 square foot building addition encompassing a state-of-the-art showroom, reception desk, customer waiting area, sales department offices, and two new restrooms
Renovation of existing offices and the parts/service area
Addition of a new service department write-up area and service lane
Construction of a 1,800 square foot addition to the service shop area for use as a detailing bay
Updates to the exterior of the existing building with new paneling and windows
Replacement of parking lot lighting with high efficiency LED fixtures
