Scope Of Work
This space is owned by AAA Auto Club that is now leasing to Charlotte County DMV. This project consisted of patching and repairing walls. Painting the entire suite. Replacing damaged ceiling tiles. Repairing lights by replacing bulbs and replacing ballasts in some fixtures. Removing old carpet in office and replacing with one pattern carpet tiles. Replacing missing light and electrical outlet plates. Clean out space of old furniture and deliver to clients warehouse or dispose of.
