iConstructors

The evolution of iConstructors began over 30 years ago with the formation of Wilson Construction Company (WCC) whose parent was The Wilson Company (TWC), a full service development firm based in Tampa, FL. WCC started in 1981 to exclusively perform tenant build-outs for TWC.

In 1991, Wilson Construction Company decided to expand its client base and as a result, Solutions, Inc. was founded by Robert Healy, Jack Wilson and, David Smith. Under the direction of Robert Healy, President of Solutions, the company expanded to include offices in Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, and Orlando with over 70 employees and the completion of more than one million square feet of space per year.

For the past 20 years, our iConstructors team has focused on “high-end” corporate office interiors, ground up bank branches, office buildings, data/networking centers, restaurants, retail, and critical infrastructure facilities throughout the state of Florida. We have completed in excess of 6,000 projects, totaling over 15 million square feet of construction. Nintey-five percent of these projects were constructed for repeat clients.

In 2009, several years after the death of Jack Wilson, Solution’s majority partner, Robert Healy, Kevin Murphy, Michael Montecalvo, Tracy Pritchard, and David Smith founded iConstructors, LLC.

In 2013, iConstructors opened the Fort Lauderdale Office. We welcomed the return of Ed Smith as Vice President. Ed was a member of our team for 15 years, ten of which he served as Principal of the Solutions Miami Office.

Due to our persistent high standards,continued commitment to our clients, and the seamless progression to iConstructors, we are excited to say that our current path is reflective of our proud History.
