Scope Of Work
The new hotel is positioned at the intersection of historic Route 66 and Country Club Road, in the heart of Claremore, Oklahoma. The hotel is a four-story structure with 192 parking spaces including 10 ADA parking spots, 81 rooms including 19 suites, interior corridors, an indoor pool, fitness room, guest laundry, business center, and meeting rooms.
In addition to hospitality accommodations, this facility includes a 15,000 sq. ft. conference center with the capacity for a group of 500 for banquet seating or a convention for 300. It features air walls for break-out rooms, necessary AV equipment for today’s technology, and an on-site catering kitchen.
