Scope Of Work
Gymnasium and fitness complex expansion and renovation. The project is terraced on a hillside with multiple floor levels. The expansion required the placement of drilled pier footings while working within a confined space. In addition, the gymnasium floor was segregated from the construction area enabling use by campus athletic programs.
