Scope Of Work
Renovation of a 1930 WPA era outdoor entertainment venue. The work is phased to accommodate seasonal spring/summer concert series. Over a four year period we have met the schedule providing contract work and infrastructure in support of the concert schedule. For the final work stage, we provided construction management and building services including architectural design review, budgeting and value engineering.
