Scope Of Work
Construction Management of the district wide, $25,000,000 modernization program. Responsibilities included development of master budget and schedule, oversight of the design process and value engineering. We reduced the planned modernization program by one year. Working with the District, we obtained joint use funds for a large multipurpose center.
