Scope Of Work
Project for the Buellton Unified School District Phase I included site development, modification to a county road, wood framed structures, interior and exterior finishes of the administration building, restroom facilities and the multipurpose building. Classroom area was developed to include the installation of underground utilities and the placement of concrete foundations to receive modular classrooms. Phase 2 work scope included the installation of modular classrooms, kitchen modifications and infrastructure including communication, fire and life safety..
