Germania served as both the development and construction partner for an Assisted Living Facility and the Jan Peterson Child Development Center, both of which have been recognized for excellence in design and construction quality. The principals of Germania were instrumental in the procurement of non-recourse tax-exempt financing for a state of the art Assisted Living Facility.
