Scope Of Work
Initial contractor was to furnish & install custom pockets, manual & motorized window treatments throughout the entire building including amenity areas. Scope was increased dramatically to include installation of custom closets throughout all units, install sliding door partitions, & various interior finishes. Project contract upon completion will exceed $1,000,000.00. Our reliable, detail oriented installation team was able to provide reasonably priced, custom finishes for the architect & developer during the final stages of this project. Using a team approach, our design & project management team filled in many gaps for the development team & provided a great finished project.
