Scope Of Work
Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine is a new nine (9) story 85,000 SF facility. The School was built on a side of a hill (45 degree) on a caisson foundation with an extremely tight construction site. The structure is steel frame with a precast concrete and glass exterior wall system. This facility houses 12 specially equipped examination rooms, 2 lecture halls, a gross anatomy lab, 2 research labs, small group classrooms, student study space, additional staff, faculty and administrative offices and the campus wide cafeteria. The School also has an Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Lab and houses the free outpatient clinic.
