Scope Of Work
Codell was recently hired to provide oversight management services to the lender on the Margaritaville Hotel project in downtown Nashville. Functioning on behalf of the bank, Codell's role is to provide a complete overview of the project, advising on both progress and documentation. The building will include 218 guest-rooms, parking, 5,800 SF of banquet space, a rooftop pool and bar, portico, restaurant, coffee shop and retail space.
