Scope Of Work
Codell served as Construction Manager on this expansion of the Lucas Equine facility to their current 70,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Located in the heart of “Horse Country” this project included Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with an overhead crane fit-up and manufacturing stations.
