Scope Of Work
New Police Station, Lower Level houses the officers, locker room, workout room, evidence storage room and mechanical and electrical room. The Upper Level houses the Chief of Police and Detectives, Public Lobby, Public Meeting Room and General Administration. The building exterior is poured in place concrete walls for the lower level with CMU for the upper level with brick veneer. Interior finishes metal studs, gypsum board and paint. Offices had carpet, Public areas and restrooms had ceramic tile. Corridors had VCT. Membrane roof system. One elevator. Secure parking with fencing for staff.
