Scope Of Work
Codell is currently serving as the General Contractor on the Candlewood Suites. This project is located in Panama City Beach. The eighty-four room, 4 story extended stay hotel includes four ADA rooms and eight rooms for hearing impaired. All rooms are designed to be fitted with a kitchenette consisting of a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Hotel has been designed to feature a pool, fitness room, Guest Laundry, Gazebo with gas grille, Lending lockers, and a cupboard area.
