Scope Of Work
Ladder 3 is a historic 19th century Franklin Firehouse that was converted into 15 luxury loft-style condominiums. Formerly home to the Ladder 3 Company of the Lynn Fire Department and rumored to have been originally wired by Thomas Edison, the building has received a complete makeover but retains striking architectural features, including its large arched windows.
The 15 lofts at Ladder 3 feature open floorplans, exposed brick, and 10 foot plus ceilings.
