Mark Plott, our Vice President has over 12 years’ experience in general contracting, specializing in retail and commercial construction, he joined Reconn Construction in 2012 bringing with him many years of experience in Business Leadership. Mr. Plott joined the United States Navy after high school and eventually began his college career at San Diego State University-California State University graduating with a Bachelor degree in Business. Married to his wife Shannon of 15 years with two kids that keep him busy on the fields playing multiple sports. He enjoys traveling, diners and spending the majority of his tim with his family.
Matt Sanford is the President of Reconn Construction Services. Mr. Sanford graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor degree in Business. He joined Reconn Construction in 2013 bringing his expertise in commercial construction with an extensive background in national commercial/retail. In the years he has been with Reconn, he has taken the company to new heights bringing on retail clients such as Circle K, Colliers, Vans, Extra Space Storage, Cube Smart, Public Storage, Beauty Brands, A’GACI, and Forever 21 to name a few. Matt has completed jobs ranging in scope from $100,000 to well over $5 million. Whether it is a ground up project or a tenant remodel, Matt’s objective stays the same; to complete projects ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality all while maintaining and further developing client relationships. Matt is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and is an involved affiliate of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Acting as the qualifying agent, he holds every required State License needed to business in every state in the US, including Puerto Rico. He is active in hunting and fishing not only in Texas but also New Mexico, and on his ranch in Colorado.
Chuck Mazoch is a Construction / Project Manager at Reconn Construction Services. Chuck recently joint the Reconn Construction team in 2020 while bringing his 30+ years of experiences in the commercial building of many different aspects to include but not limited too medical facilities, educational facilities, mult-family community, and hospitality projects for names such as Family and Occupational Medicine, Heartcare Centers of Northwest Houston, All American Orthopedics, Medical Informatics, Anxiety Center of Houston, Rheumatology Care of North Houston, Kumon Learning Centers, Spanish Schoolhouse, Chesapeake Bay 55+ Living, Hampton Inn and Suites, Home 2 by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, LaQuinta Inn and Suites, Marriot TownePlace Suites. Chuck has completed project ranging from $50,000 to well over $12 Million and is capable of performing full remodel, ground-ups to include furniture fixture and equipment, partial build-outs, interior or facade changes. Chuck is a multidimensional development specialist, with demonstrated strengths in accountability, innovative problem solving techniques, and communication skills. Working in all facets of development, residential, and commercial construction. Possessing an in depth knowledge of business operations, that will lead to effective business solutions resulting in increase profitability and stronger client relationship building.
Marissa is one of our hard working project administrators, she works diligently to get bids on our projects. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at her son's school, watching Houston sporting teams and spending time with her husband and 2 boys.
With over 35 years of experience in general contracting Mike Moons is a vital part of our team. He takes lead on many of our projects and always works hard to meet deadlines. We are very happy to have Mike apart of our team!
Valerie joined the Reconn team in 2017, she works hard to keep the office running like a well oiled machine. In her spare time she enjoys watching the Astros and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
