Scope Of Work
Barnhart-Reese Construction completed design-build services for the tenant improvement build-out for Sharp Rees-Stealy. The new offices are 29,000 square feet on the second floor of the new Flower Hill Promenade building, in addition to a rooftop garden and patio. Approximately 17 doctors occupy the spaces, and are situated in the departments of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrician/Gynecology, Sports Medicine, Radiology, Family Medicine, and Dermatology. The decor features a warm, craftsman style design, inspired by Early California design and the nearby Lodge at Torrey Pines.
Scheduling of multiple trades took place after hours to accommodate the operations of a busy Whole Foods Market below.
