Scope Of Work

Barnhart-Reese is providing staff augmentation construction management services for the San Diego Convention Center. Projects include:

Replacing the concrete flooring in the Sails Pavilion;

Removing and replacing the sail fabric roof, and adding new fire alarm and fire protection systems and lighting to the Sails Pavilion;

Phased escalator replacement throughout the Convention Center.

All of these projects are multi-phased and require intensive schedule coordination with all of the events that are on-going at the San Diego Convention Center.
