Scope Of Work
Barnhart-Reese Construction, Inc. completed a 12,213 square foot building conversion for Kid Ventures’ 4S Ranch facility. The building, previously utilized as a traditional office building, was transformed into a children’s playtime and education environment. Kid Ventures features various themed rooms and areas, including a market, fire station, theatre and stage, mock saloon, pirate ship, castle, school house, art studio, and rock climbing wall. For parents, Kid Ventures offers a café providing snacks, refreshments and workspace. Kid Ventures offices are located on the second floor of the facility.
Barnhart-Reese made upgrades to electrical, fire suppression, plumbing, telecommunications and HVAC systems. New wall systems, floor covering and paint were also included.
