Scope Of Work

Located in the Makena Medical Center of Temecula, the Briggs Family Medical Practice includes tenant improvements to approximately 4,400 square feet of medical office space. High end finishes include stone tile walls in lobby entry, custom cabinets, a polished marble reception counter, laminated screened windows and chair rails.

The offices include reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, doctor offices, restrooms and a nurses’ station. The project required close coordination of overlapping trades to complete the offices in the set timeline.
