Scope Of Work
Barnhart-Reese Construction completed a 8,777 square foot tenant conversion for All Star Academy, an after-school enrichment and learning center located in the 4S Ranch Business Park in Rancho Bernardo. The space includes office and administration areas, classrooms, restrooms, music rooms, and activity areas. A large gymnasium was created and the building’s existing electrical, fire suppression, and plumbing systems were re-routed to create a 28-foot ceiling height.
