Scope Of Work

Barnhart-Reese Construction completed tenant improvements for Palomar-Pomerado Imaging (PPI) at their new Escondido facility. The office measures 8,000 square feet. Scope of work included complete build out of medical office spaces for the radiologists and technicians, including installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, and electric/data infrastructure and wiring systems. In addition, new casework, window coverings, paint, carpet, and tile were added. Patient lobby and waiting areas, staff office and break areas, private doctor offices, exam rooms and procedure rooms were included in the project. PPI was completed under stringent “clean room” cleanliness guidelines due the adjacent and operational cardiology and neurology clinics. Pits were excavated to include CT, PETCT, and MRI machines and the resulting dust and noise levels kept to minimum due to cleanliness standards and scheduling of activities after work hours.
