Scope Of Work
Founded by James Beard award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi, Momofuku Milk Bar has been shaking up the dessert scene in NYC for over a decade. Luckily for us, Blueberry was brought on to assist in the buildout of their NYC Flagship location. Our construction team was tasked with outfitting all the millwork, build-a-cake bar and finishes around the space. Working with the brilliant Milk Bar team on this important project was almost as SWEET as the Milk Bar Pie we brought home after the opening party!
