Scope Of Work
Master French baker Eric Kayser wasted no time expanding his delicious empire here in New York City. Blueberry had the honor of working with the Maison Kayser team on their first Brooklyn build-out located in the venerable Downtown Courthouse. The marriage of the front and back of house kitchen/dining experience created a challenging build with beautiful results.
