Retail Rollouts: Toys”R”Us
Two Toys”R”Us projects have recently been constructed in North Carolina, one in Raleigh and one in Gastonia. The Raleigh project is a new 60,000 square foot combined Toys”R”Us and Babies”R”Us facility. It includes 14’ cast-in-place concrete foundation walls, a turn-back ramp and stairs, a 2-truck loading dock and a stamped sidewalk entry.
