Scope Of Work
BASE served as MWBE Partner to The Morganti Group on Lockhart Elementary. Our scope of work included interior renovations to 4 existing buildings and over 40,000 SF of classrooms and administration space. The renovations included complete gut and reconstruction of 1930’s brick and wood frame structure, complete MEP and finishes upgrades to 1990’s classroom building, and partial mechanical, technology, and finishes upgrades to 2 buildings from 2001.
