Scope Of Work
Underground, rough & trim: Provide labor & materials for the following plumbing fixtures & equipment.
Heating & Cooling: Gas piping w/ valves & regulators for RTU's, HWH & kitchen equipment.
Site Work: Pump out existing GI. Saw cut & excavate existing GI; move to new location, install GI in the proposed location. Saw cut & excavate, install 43 LF of 8" grease line. Backfill
Install sanitary clean out at the previous location of GI.
Install 54 of DT/SS with 3 mud basins.
Stub in new 6" water service for the FP. Approximately 20' from existing structure according to civil drawing. Chlorinate & pressure test. Includes valve vault.
Site Work: Additional site work for hydrant & 6"
