Scope Of Work
Interior work: Saw-cut interior floor for new sanitary drain from DW & existing interior 35 gallon GI. Break & remove concrete. Excavate existing GI, remove GI & route for new drain. Install new 4" drain & test. Backfill & replace concrete to existing subfloor. Includes labor & materials.
Exterior work: Saw cut concrete & break out surrounding existing catch basin. Excavate & remove catch basin. Excavate to allow for installing of new GI. Remove spoil & concrete offsite. Connect new 600 gallon GI to existing inlet & outlet piping. Connect new sanitary drain from inside space. Remove spoil. Replace concrete to grade. Includes rentals, materials & labor
