Scope Of Work
Pulliam Construction Management was selected to oversee the construction of EXCO’s new office and warehouse facility in Wylie. Their new facility is a 30,044 square foot tilt-wall construction building. The warehouse of 24,000 square feet has a clear height of 24 feet and consists of multiple overhead gantry and jib cranes and a heat treat area. The administrative portion of the facility is a conventional steel structure design with a slab on grade and a stone and stucco exterior.
