Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a ~4,200 square-foot greenhouse and improving the site with ADA accessibility from the school to the greenhouse and the school track. They already had two greenhouses on the property, but the previous two were decommissioned once the new greenhouse was substantially complete. The project is located in Weld County which has one of the largest school districts in the state of Colorado. We started work on the greenhouse in January 2021 and finished in May 2021. This project was a lump sum contract, so it was a little bit of a different pace than projects with other contracting methods.
