Scope Of Work
Complete building and site demolition of a former TCF Bank building to accommodate the construction of a new CVS Pharmacy. The project is located on the NE corner of Burnsville Parkway and Nicollet Ave in Burnsville. Most of the materials such as the metals and concrete were sorted on site and sent for recycling with the remainder of the debris sent in Atomic Recycling's dumpsters where it was sorted at their facility. Approximately 65% of that debris was then also able to be recycled. The work was performed for Wellington Management of St. Paul.
